KIEV, Jan. 20 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development reduced investment in Ukraine by 12.2% in 2013, to EUR 820 million.

"Despite a challenging business, political and macroeconomic environment in 2013, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development invested EUR 820 million (over $1 billion) into 32 projects in Ukraine," the EBRD said in a statement.
