KIEV, Jan. 15 – A new head of Kiev city state administration could be appointed only after Oleksandr Popov is dismissed from this post, acting Kiev governor Anatoliy Holubchenko said.
"The head of Kiev city state administration hasn't been dismissed – he was suspended. The probe continues. The courts will decide whether [Popov] is guilty or not, and then the question of the return of head of Kiev city state administration [Popov] could be settled," Holubchenko told the journalists on Tuesday.
