KIEV, Jan. 13 – The Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine has refused to cancel a Parliament that supports a bill amending the Tax Code of Ukraine on accounting and registration of taxpayers, so-called "Klitschko amendment."
"In its decision of January 10, 2014, the Higher Administrative Court rejected an appeal by Vitaliy Klitschko against the Verkhovna Rada and president of Ukraine to declare their actions or inactivity illegal," Law and Business edition reported on Monday.
