KIEV, Jan. 13 - Ukrainian automakers in 2013 reduced production of motor vehicles (cars and buses) by 33.9%, to 50,449 units.

According to statistics from the Ukrautoprom association, posted on its Web site, in particular production of cars fell by 34.3%, to 45,758 units, trucks and commercial cars - by 29.6%, to 2,212 units, buses - by 29.4%, to 2,479 units.

At the same time, over the year the rate of decline in vehicle production slowed: in the first 11 months the fall of this figure on the same period in 2012 was 39.5%.
