KIEV, Nov. 25 ??“ A bill submitted by the government to Parliament would utilize a tender for the privatization of Ukrtelecom. The bill is aimed at kick-starting the stalled privatization of Ukrtelecom, the cabinet's press service reported to Interfax-Ukraine.
