KIEV, Jan. 11 – With the assistance of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Ukraine plans by the end of February to remove 1,250 tons of rocket fuel component known as "melange," which has been stored at stockpiles of land troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Odessa region, for utilization in Russia, the Defense Ministry reported.

According to the ministry, this week Ukraine will remove 700 tons of the melange for utilization in Russia, another 550 tons are to be dispatched by the end of February.
