KIEV, Jan. 9 – Kiev's City Hall owes UAH 151,600 to PJSC Kyivenergo for electricity consumed by the building at 36 Khreschatyk Street in December 2013, Kyivenergo told Interfax-Ukraine.

"Kyivenergo verifies electricity consumption and payment on a monthly basis, and in case of debts, it notifies a consumer. Further actions to settle the debts are determined on the basis of signed agreements," the company said.
