KIEV, Jan. 8 – The Cabinet of Ministers has recommended the National Commission for the Regulation of Housing and Utilities Services and local authorities to revise tariffs for heat and hot water from January 1, 2014, taking into account the new gas prices.

The relevant paragraph is contained in governmental decree No. 951 of December 30, 2013, the text of which has been posted on the Web portal of the Cabinet.

According to the document, central and local executive authorities should control the reduction of heat tariffs for the population.
