KIEV, Jan. 8 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development may lend $30 million to Ukrainian-British JV Nyva Pereyaslavshchyny LLC in Kiev region for the expansion of its production facilities.

The loan is to finance the JV's capacity expansion program in 2013/2014 and to partially refinance some of its short and middle term loans, the EBRD said in a statement on Wednesday.
