KIEV, Jan. 8 - Ukraine in 2013 imported 2 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas from Europe through Poland and Hungary, which is about 1.5 times higher than the target foreseen in the balance of gas supply and distribution (1.3 billion cubic meters), according to operational monitoring data from the gas transportation system (GTS) operators of Hungary and Poland, namely FGSZ Ltd, Gaz-System S.A.
Last year, Ukraine's GTS through Poland received 869.6 million cubic meters of gas, through Hungary -1.130 billion cubic meters of gas.
