KIEV, Nov. 24 ??“ A commercial dispute has halted flights between Ukraine and Turkmenistan since Nov. 21.

AeroSvit Ukrainian Airlines, the appointed carrier on Kiev-Ashgabat route, was forced to stop flights to Turkmen capital in connection with the blocking of its commercial activities in the country, the airline told Interfax-Ukraine.
