KIEV, Dec. 26 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny and Russia's Gazprom have decided to move a part of payment for natural gas supplied in 2013 to March 2014, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister Eduard Stavytsky said.

"We have an agreement with our colleagues to put it off until the end of the first quarter… We have clearly discussed agreements on the postponement of payments and we are grateful to our Russian partners for this, as they made advances for us," the minister said.
