KIEV, Dec. 19 - Valeriy Omelchenko (Regions MP) has proposed introducing a tax on nonresidential property.

Draft law No. 3757-1 was registered in Parliament on December 17.

The document proposes setting the tax rate in the percentage to the size of the minimum wage set in Ukrainian law as of January 1 of the reporting year per square meter of the taxation base: no more than 2.7% for nonresidential property used in business and no more than 1% for other nonresidential property.
