WASHINGTON, Dec. 12 – The International Monetary Fund is ready to resume negotiations on the continuation of cooperation with Ukraine, IMF Communications Department Director Gerry Rice said.

At a press briefing in Washington on Thursday, he said that there were no talks between Ukraine and the IMF in the past two weeks. However, the fund is ready to resume the talks and to support economic reforms in Ukraine, he said.
