KIEV, Dec. 11 - Ukrainian energy holding DTEK has closed the acquisition of a controlling stake in Naftogazvydobuvannia, Ukraine's largest private gas producer, DTEK said in a statement.

Naftogazvydobuvannia is developing the Semyrenkivske (158 square kilometers) and Machukhske (22 square kilometers) fields in Poltava region, with proved reserves of 20 billion cubic meters of gas and 2 million tons of gas concentrate.
