KIEV, Dec. 10 – MPs Yevhen Marmazov and Petro Symonenko (the Communist faction) have proposed that all trunk pipelines located on the territory of Ukraine should be in state ownership.

Draft law No. 3715 on amendments to some Ukrainian laws regarding the alignment of ownership rights to pipelines was registered in the Ukrainian parliament on December 2, 2013.
