BEIJING, Dec. 5 – Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has called on Chinese investors to take part in the construction of an orbital road around Kiev.

Speaking at the Ukrainian-Chinese business forum on Thursday in Beijing, he said that Ukraine would like to make use of the experience of China in the construction of infrastructure facilities.
