BEIJING, Dec. 5 - Kiev and Beijing are not negotiating the rent of Ukrainian land by Chinese companies, Ukrainian Agricultural Policy and Food Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk said.

"I'll tell you: there has been no talk on rent of land by Chinese companies at any level at all," Prysiazhniuk told journalists in Beijing on Thursday.

Ukraine and China are cooperating on shipments of grain crops to China, Prysiazhniuk said.

"I am convinced that this cooperation has good prospects," he said.
