BRUSSELS, Dec. 2 – The European Union is not discussing the possibility of imposing personal sanctions on Ukrainian officials over the recent events in Kiev.

This follows from a commentary issued by spokesperson for EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission Catherine Ashton, Maja Kocijancic, at a briefing in Brussels on Monday.
