KIEV, Dec. 2 – The agreement on a common aviation space with the European Union foresees the creation of equal competitive opportunities in the airline industry and the elimination of customs and tax restrictions for airlines in Europe and Ukraine.

"In short, any restrictions should be eliminated, and regulation issues brought to a common denominator," lawyer of the Ilyashev and Partners law firm Arseniy Herasymiv told Interfax-Ukraine.
