KIEV, Dec. 2 – Ukraine has accepted requests from the European Union and Russia to join in talks initiated by Japan, under an agreement with the World Trade Organization, on duties on imported vehicles introduced by Kiev on April 13, 2013.

According to the WTO's Web, the Ukrainian delegation has informed the Dispute Settlement Body of the WTO about this.

Japan late in October initiated consultations with Ukraine regarded limitations levied in spring 2013 on the import of passenger cars.
