KIEV, Nov. 27 – President Viktor Yanukovych will address the participants of the Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius on Friday.

"An official meeting of the summit is due on Friday. Its protocol is being implemented. There is no full program so far but, obviously, my speech is expected," the president said in an interview with Ukrainian television channels.
