KIEV, Nov. 26 – Prior to its rejection by Kiev, the European Union had already been forming an economic assistance offer for Ukraine as part of the preparations for the signing of the Association Agreement, according to former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski, a member of the European Parliament's observation mission to Ukraine.
"I take part in many conversations and I know that the EU is trying to create an economic package that could really help Ukraine, but it will be too late," he said in an interview with Polish radio ZET.
