KIEV, Nov. 26 - Ukraine's exports to Russia have steadily declined in each of the last six quarters, beginning with the second quarter of 2012, falling by a cumulative total of $4.2 billion in that time, according to the State Statistics Service.
Ukraine's exports to Russia shrank by 13.1% or $576 million in July-September 2013, owing to expiration of its right for duty-free pipe exports to the Customs Union, the ban on exports from the Roshen confectionary concern and problems at border crossings.
