KIEV, Nov. 25 – Interpipe pipe and wheel producer (Dnipropetrovsk) in October initiated negotiations with creditor banks for restructuring its bank debt of $106 million.

According to a company statement, the company in advance informed creditors about the need to postpone $106 million repayments scheduled for November 2013, and initiated negotiations to change the payment schedule for the pool of bank loans.
