KIEV, Nov. 21 ??“ By the end of 2005, East Capital of Sweden will launch the East Capital Explorer Financial Institutions Fund, a private equity fund with a focus on the banking sector in Russia and the CIS, the company announced on Thursday.

The fund has a target size of ?300-350 mln and is expected to have a life term of seven years, with a possible three-year extension.
