YALTA, Nov. 14 – The city of Yalta should become a major year-round resort in the Black Sea region, according to the city's draft 25-year general plan, Yalta Mayor Serhiy Ilash said at a press conference.

"In keeping with the general plan, Yalta has a real opportunity to become a major year-round resort area on the Black Sea area," Ilash said.

The municipal authorities have entered the final stage of approving Yalta's general plan.
