KIEV, Nov. 13 – VETEK Group has completed the acquisition of the All-Ukrainian Industrial Union LLC, which owns Kherson oil transshipment complex, including an oil terminal and a petroleum tank farm.

"The acquisition of this asset became the next step in reorganizing VETEK as a vertically integrated company. And this will allow us to meet the growing needs for handling light fuel and its sale," reads the report, citing head of the VETEK supervisory council Serhiy Kurchenko.
