KIEV, Nov. 12 - Naftogaz Ukrayiny has lost its 50% stake in the charter capital of CJSC UkrGaz-Energo, according to a report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market.

"The package of Naftogaz Ukrayiny reduced from 2,500 shares to zero," reads a statement issued by the state-owned company.

As reported, the Kiev Economic Court on June 26 obliged Naftogaz Ukrayiny to return a 50% stake owned by the state holding to CJSC UkrGaz-Energo.
