KIEV, Nov. 12 – Pillar (Kiev), a Ukrainian manufacturer of silicon ingots and sheeting, plans to achieve breakeven in 2014 due to the rule of "local content," company chairman Illia Zinchenko said in an interview with the magazine Delo.

"We plan due to the rule of 'local content' to recover by the end of this year, and from next year we will be able to demonstrate proper financial performance," he said.
