KIEV, Nov. 11 – There is a threat to grain exports due to the refusal of the State Agriculture Inspectorate to issue certificates of grain quality without there being additional laboratory tests, according to the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club.

"Grain exports in Ukraine are under threat due to additional requirements regarding the need for laboratory tests of quality and safety," reads a posting on the official Web site of the UAC.
