KIEV, Nov. 18 ??“ A Poltava region court ruling may force the British firm Regal Petroleum Corporation Limited to return five out of the eight wells it uses to Nadra Ukrayiny, a state-owned company.

The court ruled on Nov. 3 that Nadra Ukrainy's claims for the return of the five wells, which are currently used by Regal Petroleum Corporation, are reasonable and valid and the wells must be returned.
