KIEV, Nov. 7 - Switzerland's New Energies Development AG plans to build two solar power plants with a combined installed capacity of almost 90 MW in Zaporizhia region, the Zaporizhia Regional Administration reported.
New Energies Development CEO Dietmar Priewe at a meeting with Head of Zaporizhia Regional Administration Oleksandr Peklushenko said that work on the construction of a first plant in Prymorsk will commence in February or March 2014 and will finish by late April. Its installed capacity is 9.9 MW, and the cost of the project is EUR 18 million.
