KIEV, Nov. 6 – Customs clearance of confectionary cargos on the border with Russia has again become more difficult, the Ukrkondprom Association reported.

"The complicated regime for crossing the Russian border was toughened recently for confectionary companies," Association President Oleksandr Baldyniuk wrote on his Facebook page.

He said that the issue of securing payments and ST-1 origin certificates is critical today.
