KIEV, Nov. 5 - Ukraine will sign before the end of November an agreement with an ExxonMobil-led consortium on production of natural gas from an offshore Black Sea field, Eduard Stavytskiy, the energy minister, said Tuesday.

The consortium, which also includes Shell and OMV Petrom of Romania and a state-owned resources company Nadra Ukrayiny, will focus on the Skifske field in a $12 billion project.

“Concerning the Skifske field, we expect a grand signing ceremony of the PSA later this month,” Stavytskiy said.
