KIEV, Oct. 31 - The Ukrainian government and experts from the International Monetary Fund will continue consultations aimed at developing an ambitious package of measures to cope with all the challenges Ukraine faces, according to a statement by IMF mission head in Ukraine Nikolay Gueorguiev.
"The country authorities are developing a package of proposals on economic policy aimed at adjusting foreign economic imbalances and enhancing the economic growth... The mission stresses the need to ensure there is significant progress in all directions of economic policy," reads the document.
According to the statement, Ukraine's economy is showing the signs of improvement, but significant challenges remain.
