KHARKIV, Oct. 28 – The Smart Energy group of companies, part of Vadim Novinsky's Smart-holding, plans to double gas extraction in 2014 to 400 million cubic meters, Smart Energy Director General Oleksiy Tymofeyev told reporters.

He said that growth in extraction will be possible if four or five new wells are successfully drilled on the group's fields.
