KIEV, Oct. 28 – Ukraine will issue up to UAH12.03 billion of promissory notes to restructure its debt on value added tax and up to UAH3.6 billion to pay for its budget deficit.
The decision is stipulated in cabinet resolution No. 766 of October 9, 2013, which has been posted on the cabinet's Web site.
"The upper limit of the issue of promissory notes to pay the real budget debt of budget funds managers (recipients) that is to be restructured is UAH 3,599,214,200," the cabinet said.
