KIEV, Nov. 17 - Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee has given permission to the Zaporizhia Auto Plant (ZAZ) and the Dutch company Bosal Nederland B.V. to set up the Bosal-ZAZ joint venture with foreign investments, the committee's press service said on Tuesday.

Bosal-ZAZ Ltd. will specialize in producing and selling car parts, including exhaust systems for cars.
