KIEV, Oct. 28 – The failure to submit an inspection report on Roshen's confectionary factories by Russia's Rospotrebnadzor violates international and Russian laws, the Ukrkondprom Association said.

"This is the direct violation of international and Russian laws that regulate inspection procedures," said Association President Oleksandr Baldyniuk.
