KIEV, Oct. 18 – The level of financing of top-priority measures stipulated in a plan of measures to prevent manmade accidents at the Bortnychi aeration station in Kiev is foreseen at UAH 7.8 billion, the Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Ministry said.

The ministry reported, referring to a plan drawn up by the ministry and approved by the government, that UAH 488 million of the financing is foreseen from the national budget, UAH 18.7 million will be taken from the Kiev's budget, while the remaining UAH 7.3 billion are funds raised under government guarantee under the Economy Stimulation Program for 2013-2014.
