KIEV, Oct. 18 – Agricultural Policy and Food Minister Mykola Prysiazhniuk has said the best way to implement the project for the rehabilitation of the irrigation systems in Ukraine, which is expected to get financial support through a loan from the Export-Import Bank of China, will be through creating a separate state-run corporation.
"I will propose to establish a state-run corporation for irrigation and drainage systems," he said at a press briefing at the Ukrainian Agrarian Forum in Kiev on Friday, when asked who will be the recipient of the credit from the Chinese bank.
