KIEV, Oct. 17 - Ukraine, with the help of foreign investments, will double natural gas output within the next five to seven years, President Viktor Yanukovych said Thursday.

Royal Dutch Shell signed shale gas production sharing agreement with Ukraine in January, while Chevron and ExxonMobil are at final stages of talks with Ukraine to start their gas extraction projects.
