MOSCOW, Nov. 16 - Sea Launch international has announced the signing of a deal with DIRECTV, U.S. to launch a telecommunications satellite.

A Zenit-3SL launch vehicle is to lift the satellite, built by Boeing at DIRECTV's order, to geosynchronous transfer orbit from the Odyssey Platform, Sea Launch said in a press release.
