KIEV, Oct. 11 – Parliament has permitted the granting of government guarantees for liabilities of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrayiny to banks taken in 2013.

A total of 231 lawmakers registered in the session hall supported at second reading the draft law on the amendments to the 2013 national budget.
