KIEV, Oct. 11 – Parliament has voted to settle issues linked to fighting the illegal seizure of companies.

A total of 241 out of 393 lawmakers registered in the session hall on Thursday supported the amendments.

The law says that cases in disputes between companies and their shareholders – founders, shareholders, participants, including withdrawn participants, and between shareholders in companies linked to the creation, management and liquidation of companies, are heard by economic courts in the place where the companies are located, in line with the state register of companies and individual businessmen.
