KIEV, Oct. 9 - Art-Master LLC, one of the designers of software for the operation of the Justice Ministry's Information Center, said that the installation of software distributed to the public on the behalf of the enterprise changes the security system because it disconnects the check of the authenticity of client's software and other components of the system.

"The statement of the Justice Ministry of October 7 that the state registers operate in the same form as before October 1 is groundless," the company said.
