KIEV, Nov. 16 ??“ Kiev??™s Finance and Credit Bank is mulling over the placement of loan participation notes worth $100 mln-$150 mln, Kyrylo Shevchenko, the bank's first vice-governor, told Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.

The bank held a road show at the end of last week on Western markets, however a decision has not been made yet to place the bonds, he said.
