KIEV, Oct. 3 – Ukraine International Airlines has said that the ruling of the Higher Economic Court on the dispute with Swissport International Ltd. (Switzerland) on the ownership rights to Interavia company (earlier Swissport Ukraine) was issued under political pressure.

"Reportedly, today [on October 2] at a hearing of the Higher Economic Court of Ukraine it was decided that the counterclaim of Swissport International Ltd. was partially satisfied: the ruling of the economic court in Kiev of October 26, 2012 and a ruling of the economic court of appeals in Kiev of March 27, 2013 in favor of UIA was canceled. The case was sent to the court of the first instance," the press service of UIA has reported.
