KIEV, Oct. 1 - Hyperion Netherlands B.V. intends to buy a 100% stake in Owl Solar (Saki district, Crimea), which operates Mitiayeve solar power plant (Crimea, 31.55 MW capacity).

The relevant official reports were published in the Bulletin of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market newspaper.

Previously, Helios Netherlands B.V. and Appollon B.V. (both based in the Netherlands) announced the plans to buy 100% of Bolhrad Solar, Neptune Solar and Delta Solar, exploiting solar power plants in Odessa, Mykolaiv regions and Crimea.

Bolhrad Solar operates a solar power plant with an installed capacity of 34.14 MW in Odessa region, Neptune Solar - the Voznesensk solar plant of 29.307 MW in Mykolaiv region, and Delta Solar - the second stage of the Perove solar plant (Simferopol district in Crimea) with a capacity of 20 MW.
